RoHS is the Restriction Of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment. This has been a standard in Europe and is now becoming a standard in the world. Automatic Fan Speed Control:
The power supply fan speed is regulated in reference to its internal temperature sensor. The controller spins up fan speed gradually in response to temperature increase.

NEW Better Mechanical Design:

Large 120mm fan draws massive amount of hot air in from the CPU into the power supply and exit out to the back of the PC system. Since the fan is situation inside the system, and not at the back of the PC system, audiable fan noise is greatly reduced.
