Wattage Rating is the industry's most reputable way of designating a
power supply model's wattage capacity. It is based on the total DC
output wattages that a power
supply can continuously provide for the system.

Automatic Fan Speed Control
(AFCTM) feature is standard on all models
The power supply fan speed
is regulated in reference to its internal temperature sensor. Our special low-friction
fan turns slowly at low temperatures, reducing power consumption and greatly reducing
fan noise. Conversely, the fan is allowed to spin up its speed in response to
temperature increase. The fan speed ranges roughly from 700 RPM to a full speed of 2800
The AFCTM feature, in general,
extends fan life, cuts down energy consumption, and reduce the chance of over-heating.
AFCTM is one step above the basic low friction "Noise Killer" fan deployment.
The above report is based on a HPC-300-102 operating under 24 degree C ambiant
temperature. We tested the noise level 100cm away from the power supply, simulating
a normal usage environment.
Input Protection Protecting
In primary circuit of the power supply, a protected fuse is inserted, Only internal fault of the power
supply will cause the fuse blown. Any overload or short circuit at DC output will not cause fuse
blown or fire hazard.
Triple Protection Protecting
- OVER-VOLTAGE PROTECTION
The +5V/+12V/+3.3V DC output are protected against the over voltage condition.
Maximum value can't be over 6.8V at 5V terminal, 15.6V at 12V and 4.5V at 3.3V.
- OVER-POWER PROTECTION
The power supply can be used electronic circuit to limit the output current
against exceeding 60% of surge output or protected against excessive delivery
since short circuit of any output or over total power at nominal line.
- SHORT-CIRCUIT PROTECTION
Short ciecuit placed on any DC output will shut down all DC outputs and latch
Standby power will be auto recovery.
- High voltage spike testing on every HIGH POWER® unit: Each unit is verfied for safety by going through a thorough HI-POT test. For example, 1,500 Volt AC spike is introduced at each HIGH POWER® power supply for up to 60 seconds under 10mA.

Most models are also approved by UL, cUL, S, N, FI, D, and CB.
All HIGH POWER®
models provide an efficiency of 65% minimum when measured at full load
under 115V/60Hz and 230V/50Hz condition. Most model's average operating efficiency is between 70% to 80%. We have a full line of 80 Plus® Certified Models that are over 80% efficient.

in for over 4 hours in a 45 oC to 50 oC (105
oF) environment and then individually tested to our specifications
