+ Case Power LED direct connection
Red wire is +5V.  
Blue wire is + 5Vsb. 
Black wire is Ground.
                                                                               

Connect the Power LED connector from the case front panel to either RED/Black or Blue/Black depending on whether you want the power LED to turn on when system is turned on or to turn on even  in standby mode.
